If hitting the gym and sweating it all out is not for you, you can opt for a well-paced hatha yoga course every week. Beginners can learn to execute core yoga postures and improve both their physical and mental fitness at the same time

  • Participants must fill in the Event Registration form including the Release of Liability.
  • Participants must not be suffering from any medical condition, illness, disease, mental illness or physical / psychological impairment.
  • NTUC U Live and its agent reserved the right to change the content of the event with or without prior notice.
  • Minimum group size to proceed with event will be 20 pax.
  • Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis only.
