WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY LIFE?

Do you often doubt your abilities from time to time and question yourself, “What should I do with my life?”

If this question strikes fear in your heart and you’re unable to find an answer, you’re not alone.

Here are some tips for you to help you in moving towards living a life you love:

1. Strike a conversation with someone

You’d be surprised at how much you can learn just by listening and conversing. You’ll start to observe and understand people’s motivations, hopes, dreams and ambitions. Take these back after every conversation, piece them together and who knows, you might get to find your own motivations and interests!

To get things started, try scheduling a meet up with someone you are comfortable with, it can be your friends or relatives. Alternatively, you can also try attending an event or activities and make new friends. Build up your social circle and learn from their experiences.

2. Get Started

Start off with something first. It’s okay if you make mistakes because that’s when we start to learn. As we learn, we get better each time. Hence, go ahead and pursue what you always wanted to do. To get your portfolio started and up running, try initiating an activity or event based on your interest.

Similar with ambassadors from U Live, they are given the opportunity to lead and initiate activities such as Yoga Fitness, Zumba classes, Calligraphy and more!

These ambassadors started off from scratch. However, with their perseverance and interests, they pursued what they love doing and have now become professional trainers!

IF THEY CAN, SO CAN YOU!

3. Leave Your Comfort Zone

We tend to get comfortable with our own routines and are resistant to new changes in life.
Fear is often the stumbling block as we try to step out of our comfort zone. In addition, we
tend to feel awkward and stressful for any new skills we try. However with the right amount
of practice, we will get comfortable. Being comfortable is the key to overcome fears.

Quoted by Dr. Elizabeth Lobardo,
“Breaking your mold can only make you stronger and more confident to reach higher levels in
your professional and personal life.”

Widen your horizon and try something that you’ve always wanted to but didn’t get the
chance to. By taking a step outside your comfort zone, you’d be surprised by how much you
can end up liking something that you’ve never thought you would!
