Draw Something Classic

With the current Circuit Breaker, this game is something that allows us to bond with our family
members whether or not they’re staying with us.

‘Drawing Something Classic’ is a virtual (online) game that brings family and friends together
to guess what’s being drawn! It certainly brings laughter and creativity, allowing your mind and
body to feel refreshed!

that certain muscle memory might slowly be forgotten especially when we start ageing.

interaction with others!

Learn Yoga as a Family

If you’re feeling restless just like any of family members do, why not trying yoga! With
yoga not only allowing you to get yourself moving, it definitely has a lot of benefits to
the mental aspect as well. Yoga can enhance your brain function and positively affect
the structure of your brain!

department of psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical
School, he mentioned that yoga has been used in the treatment of anxiety conditions,
depression, insomnia, eating disorders, and others.
