- 1 cup (140g) frozen blueberries
- 2 cups (480g) coconut yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon

- Blend all ingredients together (until smooth)

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup coconut flour (80g)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup walnuts (30g)
- Pinch salt
Instruction:
- Blend the bananas
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients with banana puree. (Until dough forms)
- Roll into balls or place in muffin cups
- Refrigerate until firm (4 hours).

3. IRRESISTABLE COOKIES 99Recipe: Healthy Oatmeal Cookies by Erin Clarke

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups quick oats
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter — melted and cooled
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup well chopped raw walnuts or pecans
Instructions:
