Terms & Conditions:
- Participants must fill in the Event Registration form including the Release of Liability.
- Participants must not be suffering from any medical condition, illness, disease, mental illness or physical / psychological impairment.
- NTUC U Live and its agent reserved the right to change the content of the event with or without prior notice.
- Minimum group size to proceed with event will be 15 pax.
- Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis only.
- All registered participants for this event will be contacted via email or telephone for further confirmation of their particulars and other reservation details.

Please note: All staff and attendees will have their temperatures taken upon registration and will be monitored closely for any symptoms. Entry may be denied or restricted if he/she is showing symptoms.
- Individuals should remain vigilant and practise good personal hygiene, such as washing their hands regularly, at all times.
- Individuals who are well do not need to wear masks.
- Individuals with recent travel history to mainland China, in particular Hubei province, should not attend.
- Individuals placed on Leave of Absence (LOA) should not attend events. They are strongly advised to remain at home and minimise their time spent in public spaces.
- Individuals who are unwell should not attend. They should avoid public spaces and contact with others, and instead seek medical attention.
