At the end of the session, participants will learn about:

  • Sufficient Sleep vs. Sleep Deprivation
  • Causes and Consequences of Chronic Poor Sleep
  • Ways to sleep better
  • How to maintain good sleep hygiene

Intro to Brain Gym by U Live Health & Wellness Ambassador

 

What is Brain Gym:

A combination of mild exercises that helps with integrating right and left brain function. Ambassador will show how simple exercises like this can help improve overall health.
