Once done, land transfer will be prepared to send you to Batam View Beach Resort for check in

• Strictly no cancellation is allow after confirmation of booking
• For ferry departure that falls on a long weekend wherein a Singapore PH falls on a Monday or Friday, a holiday surcharge of $10 per person/return ticket applies
• Hotel high season surcharge of $35 per room per night applies for stay on/between the following peak seasons: 02 Jun, 03 Jun, 11 Nov, 12 Nov
