AboutSports injuries are an unfortunate but common occurrence for athletes at all levels. Whether it's a sprained ankle, torn ligament, or broken bone, sports injuries can be painful and disruptive to an individual's performance and daily life. In some cases, they can even affect your daily life.

Dr Poh Seng Yew is a senior orthopaedic and sports surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.
He specialises in hip, knee and shoulder surgery. In addition, Dr Poh also does complex knee arthroscopy, osteotomy, multi-ligamentous ligament reconstruction, meniscal reconstruction, cartilage resurfacing, complex shoulder arthroscopy, open shoulder reconstruction and shoulder arthroplasty.
Neville has been in the rehabilitation service for eight years after being impressed by his physiotherapist following a serious sports injury. Musculoskeletal rehabilitation is his main area of speciality dealing with the common bodily aches and pain to the more complicated sports-specific rehabilitation for athletes to return to their favourite sport. Neville has began a new endeavour of preaching the age-old mantra of 'Prevention is better than Cure', looking into pre-habilitation to prevent strain and aches through good posture and habits.
Kelvin started his fitness journey as a participant at 2013 and was immediately in love with it. He decided to take a step forward in 2014, becoming an instructor and getting BOKWA certification.
